Smokey Olive Wood Almond Wood Smoking Chips Nº3 - 1.7 L is a sustainably sourced bi-product of the Spanish fruit and nut industry which is dried in environmentally friendly solar kilns at a factory centred around the fruit and nut farms to create an European sourced, sustainable and environmentally friendly product.
Almond wood gives a nutty, buttery and sweet smoke flavour which works particularly well with vegetables as it is quite light.
