A charge of €20 is levied for all orders to Gozo effected through our online shop.

Deliveries are made to ground floor. If you require goods to be taken up to the upper floors a furniture-lifter will be required. Should this be the case we will be more than pleased to make arrangements on your behalf with a trustworthy subcontractor. When a furniture-lifter is required you will need to make arrangements with your Local Council for the issuing of a permit.

Certain products are delivered flat-packed. Installation is at an extra cost.

Important Delivery Notice – Re-Delivery Fee

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during your confirmed delivery date. If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery because no one is present to receive the order, or if the delivery is refused or postponed on arrival, a €20 re-delivery fee will apply to arrange a second delivery.
To avoid this charge, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery.
