I M P O R T A N T BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER USE, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOWN BELOW: Fuel : CHARCOAL For proper use, the coals must be distributed evenly in a maxi-mum layer of 50 mm compared to the counter space to keep it from coming in contact with the grill’s cooking surface (~ 1,5 kg). WHEN USING THE BARBECUE FOR THE FIRST TIME heat it up slowly and keep the coals red hot for at least 30 minutes. Do not begin cooking until a layer of ashes has formed.
