Sandtex Trade X-treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry Paint is a durable, high performance coating for exterior walls and rendered surfaces. It is highly flexible and covers hairline cracks while preventing them reappearing. Anti-carbonation properties, resist dirt and pollution, while an added fungicide prevents mould growth on the surface. BBA Approved 15 years protection. Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 16sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable between 2-4 hours.
