Made of wood, AISI 304 stainless steel, nylon inside and covered with silicone. The most important properties of silicone are: it is temperature resistant, can be used at minus 40º and up to 230º, has a long service life and is odorless, tasteless and non-corrosive. Fully suitable for both food consumption as well as for sanitary consumption. All MARKET accessories have been approved as food products by THE LFGB, German control for all products that come into contact with food.
