This is achieved by the hard, tough corundum abrasive grain. Its semi-open coating ensures that the abrasive clogs only slightly - even when removing large amounts of material, such as when sanding paint. The velcro backing is particularly practical on all types. This allows the abrasive paper to be mounted quickly and securely on Velcro-backed tools and backing pads. The abrasive discs and abrasive strips are available in various sizes and with or without perforations.
