Dirt resistant, breathable and waterproof, our Ultra Smooth masonry paint uses microseal technology to give unbeatable results. Sandtex Ultra Smooth masonry paint is a creamy formulation for easy application and maximum coverage. Drying time - Dry and re-coatable after 3-4 hrs in normal drying conditions. Spreading rate - 12-16m² per litre. On textured surfaces the spreading rate will be reduced.
