Pure acetone 99.9%: solvent for paints, lacquers, adhesives and especially for acetyl and ethyl cellulose resins, rosin and its esters, natural and synthetic resins etc. Also used in the celluloid industry, in pharmaceuticals, in cosmetics, in wool degreasing, but above all in the furniture industry as a solvent for dyes, polyester paints, nitro and for washing articles and painting equipment. It is used as a solvent for cellulose acetate, oils, waxes, resins, rubber and plastics.
