This is a more luxurious, heavier BBQ starter than the usual briquette starters. How to use: Turn the starter upside down. Make wads of 2 double newspaper pages or use firelighters and place them in the bottom of the starter. Then place the starter upright on the grid. Fill the starter to the brim with charcoal or briquettes. Light the newspaper with a long match through one of the ventilation holes on the bottom. Once the top layer of briquettes are covered with a layer of ash, you can shake the briquettes from the starter into the BBQ. The starter has a heat shield for the plastic handle.
